To cancel, email info@jogal.com as soon as possible with your order number and let us know you'd like to cancel. Orders are normally processed in 4–7 business days before shipment, so the sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can stop it before it leaves.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds are transferred immediately, while credit card refunds may take longer to arrive.
If your order has already shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can still request a refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Email us first for return authorization; items must be unwashed and undamaged. See our guide “How do I return or exchange an item?” for the full steps.
