When your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation so you can follow your parcel. Most US orders arrive 10–22 business days after ordering. If you need help with tracking or delivery, email info@jogal.com with your order number.
As soon as your order is fulfilled and leaves us, we send you a shipping confirmation. Keep that email: it's the easiest way to follow your parcel.
Remember the timeline: orders are normally processed in 4–7 business days before shipment (5–10 business days for items affected by stock availability), and standard shipping then takes 6–15 business days. So it's normal not to receive a shipping confirmation in the first few days after you order.
Tracking updates can pause for a while during transit, and public holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery estimates.
If you can't find your shipping confirmation, your tracking hasn't updated for a long time, or you need help with delivery, email info@jogal.com and include your order number. Our customer service team will check the status for you.
